昨夜は爆睡してツイートできませんでした。私達の世界はこれからあらゆる面でさらに厳しくなるでしょうが、一抹の希望も感じられた選挙でした。さて、隣の世界でも希望を消すわけにはいきません。千羽鶴ちゃんが時間がないと言っていた理由はいくつか考えられます。
I couldn't tweet last night since I slept like a log. Everything is going to get hard in our world from now, but I could feel a slight hope in the election. Now, we can't let the hope delete in the next world too. There could be several reasons why Chiharu said she had no time.
1.つばめちゃんの精神が限界に達してフェノメノンが壊れる。
2.千羽鶴ちゃんが死ぬ（消える）。物理的にはないでしょうが、つばめちゃんの総体が千羽鶴ちゃんを拒否したら、RPGでやってたみたいに取り込まれて消えたりするのもあり得るのでは？
3.外部の介入が本格化する。直接攻撃を受けるなど。
1. Tsubame's mental comes to the limit, and the Phenomenon would disappear.
2. Chiharu would die (or be vanished). I think she wouldn't die physically, but maybe she would be deleted by being absorbed if Tsubame refuses her on the whole, as described in the RPG part?
3. Interference from outside would get into full swing. To be attacked directly or something.
私個人は、千羽鶴ちゃんが具体的にどんな社会を作り、どのような統治を行うつもりかは興味があります。どうしても私利私欲に走ったり、ミスを犯したりする人間に代わって、コンピューター等を使うのは１つの考え方としてはありと思うからです。
I'm personally curious to know what kind of society Chiharu is planning to create specifically and how she rules it. I think it is possible to use computer as an alternative instead of human who can't avoid to make a miskate or to be blinded by self-interest.
最大幸福論と言いますが、そもそも彼女は幸せの定義をどのように考えているのでしょうか？通常は100億人いれば100億通りの幸せがあり、その全てを同時に満たすことはまず不可能です。しかしフェノメノンの中では、「最低限衣食住があり、他の一切の自由はなく支配されること」を100億人全員に幸せだと思わせることができてしまいます。でもそれって、もはや生きている意味があるのでしょうか。（つばめちゃんが尋問された時に答えていたのもこういうことだと思います。）
Chiharu is talking about the greatest happiness principle, but first of all, what is the definition of happiness she thinks? Usually, there are 10 billion kinds of happiness for each of 10 billion persons, and it is impossible to satisfy all of them at the same time. However in the Phenomenon, it is possible to make 10 billion people think they are happy under the condition of "being ruled without any freedom with the least food, clothing and shelter". But is there a meaning to live under such condition? (I think Tsubame's answer when she was questioned by Chiharu means similar thing.)
千羽鶴ちゃんがトライナリーの皆を（方向はずれてても）気にかけているのは彼女の優しさの現れだと感じるし、本当に何とかして説得したい。もちろん、エリカさんもこのまま引き下がることはないでしょう。明日（給料日でラッキー）、しっかり展開を見ていきます。
I feel it's Chiharu's tenderness that she cares for Trinary members (even though it goes in wrong direction); I really want to persuade her at any cost. Of course, I guess Erika wouldn't give up yet either. I'll watch where the story goes closely tomorrow. (Thank god it's a pay day!)
