current Phenomenon, and 4. Keeping current Phenomenon, I consider 3
is out of question because there is no merit to do so, and 4 contains a
problem I mentioned before; it can not be kept permanently
considering the risk because the world outside the Phenomenon would also
be kept.

私自身は以前に書いた「人間を発症させずにフェノメノンを作る方法」があれば、1もありだと思います。（どんな世界にするかは慎重な検討が必要ですが）それがない限りは、エリカさんが提案する2案をとるしかありません。ただし1も2も"彼ら"の干渉もしくは彼ら自身を確実に無効化する算段が必須であり、たとえ全世界をフェノメノンで覆ってもできるのか、私は疑っています。そもそも彼ら自身はレディネス使ってるんでしょうか？
実際に刺客や神楽ちゃんが潜入しているように、フェノメノンに支配されない手段を彼らは持っているし、今後を見据えたさらなる対策も研究しているでしょう。どうやって彼らに干渉させないようにするのか、そのへんはエリカさんを信じて任せるしかないですが。
I think 1 might be possible if there is a way to "create a Phenomenon without making a person Onset", which I wrote before. (Of course, careful consideration is needed to decide what world to create, though.) As long as there's no way for that, we have no choice but 2 which Erika suggests. However, both 1 and 2 require a plan that disables "their" interference or "themselves"; I doubt whether we can do it even if the entire world is covered with a Phenomenon. Are they using Rediness first of all?
They have the means not to be controlled by Phenomenon, just as the thugs and Kagura are actually infiltrating, and I guess they are researching further measures for the future. We have no choice but to believe in Erika about how to prevent them from interfering with our plan.

We don't know when current connection will be broken, so Miyabi says she wants to secure another way to contact me. I feel her sincere thoughts from the words "Do something, world." I don't think it's just a way of killing time either. If I haven't started playing this game last year, my life would have been already different.
