Let's keep up with the Valentine's Day event! I laughed by imaging this powerful phrase being used in girls' comics. It was nice that I could know the origin of Kagura's nickname, Pyonko. I've been wondering since I saw it on Twitter; it is actually showing Kagura was really close to her mother.

エリカさんの言うことはもっともですが、思うところが少し。それを実現するにはまず適材適所ができる環境が必要であり、油断していたらその機会すらなくなってしまう。だから今、私達の世界ではいろいろな職業の人が声を上げているのだと思います。
Erika is right, but I have a few thoughts. To achieve what she says, we need an environment where the right person can be in the right place first, and we would not even have the opportunity for that if we're not careful enough. That's why I think people of various professions are speaking out in our world now.

現実には、苦手でも向いてなくても畑違いでもやらなくてはいけない状況もあるわけで、まさにその究極が別の可能性軸におけるエリカさん自身（寧）です。理知的なエリカさんと違って（社会経験を経ていろいろ陰謀や闇を見てきたゆえかと思いますが）、寧は感情を優先する子だったから、想いが力になる世界ではそれが重要だったから（魂の適合率以外の要素として）、彼女は天文に選ばれたのでしょう。今のエリカさんはむしろクラケット博士に近い立場で、自分が被験者（被害者）ではないのが大きな違いですね。
In reality, there is a condition you must do it even if you're not good at or don't prefer it; the extreme case of that is actually Erika herself (Nei) on the other possibility axis. Different from intellectual Erika (I think it's because she has seen various schemes and dark side of the society through her experience), Nei was a person who prioritized emotions, and because it was important in the world where feelings were powerful (as a factor other than her soul's fitness rate), I suppose she had been chosen by Tenmon. Erika's position is rather similar to Dr. Cracket; a big difference from Nei is that she is not a subject (victim).
とはいえ、彼女の魂が辿る可能性の中で、寧のような体験は例外中の例外と言うべきではないかと思いますし、本来彼女は純粋な科学者として生きるのが筋なのでしょう。ノロケになってしまいますが、僅かな可能性の中で寧に出会えて良かったなと。
However, out of possibilities that her soul can follow, I think that an experience like Nei had should be an extreme exception among exceptions. I consider she should live as a pure scientist fundamentally. It sounds like bragging, but I'm glad I could meet Nei with such few possibilities.
